Chef Adam Hamilton created Poke Sushi in 2017 by offering weekly pop ups locally.  We opened our first brick and mortar in 2019 in our hometown of Rochester, NY. In partnership with Picnic and other platform companies, we are now proud to share our offerings with you in the heart of Times Square!  Our intricate menu, complex flavor profiles, and creations are one of a kind. Chef Hamilton's dedication to detail and creativity makes Poke Sushi an incredibly unique experience. We look forward to serving you, and as always, eat more sushi!
